Villino San Silvestro is a charming, traditional Veneto country house, renovated to offer you a relaxing stay in a peaceful and intimate setting. The property boasts a beautiful view of the Euganean Hills Regional Park and is located near the Berici Hills Wine Route. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the medieval village of Arquà Petrarca, the walled city of Este, and the spa town of Abano Terme in about 20 km; Vicenza, Padua, and Monselice are around 30 km away. The house features a bright, welcoming living room with fireplace, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with large table, fireplace, wooden-beamed ceiling, and Venetian ceramic floor, a spacious bathroom, and a bedroom. Upstairs, there is a large double bedroom with views of the valley and hills. In the private garden, you will find a stone barbecue and plenty of space for outdoor dining. Private parking, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi are available. Pets are welcome (up to 2); an extra fee applies.

The house features an open-plan kitchen and living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for 2, 2 bedrooms (one in the attic), and 1 bathroom with a shower. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and an outdoor BBQ area. A private fenced parking area provides convenient space for cars and motorcycles. Smoking is not allowed indoors. The property is not rented to guests under 21 years old. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
